What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in begins at 3 PM and we ask guests check-out before 11 AM. Please contact our staff if you would like to arrive early or stay a little longer. 

Is the front desk open 24 hours?

Our staff are here to assist with any request for 24 hours a day. Allow us to answer any questions and make arrangements for dinner reservations and tickets to local attractions.

Where is the Inn at Leola Village located?

The Inn at Leola Village, a Historic Hotel of America is located at 38 Deborah Dr, Leola, United States 17540, less than 80 miles from Philadelphia, Baltimore, and suburban Washington, DC.

Are children allowed?

The Inn's historic nature and relaxing ambiance are not conducive for children. Note a $40 per person nightly fee shall be applied above double occupancy.

Is there free Wi-Fi at the Inn at Leola Village?

Guests can enjoy free high-speed Wi-Fi in every corner of our hotel and beautiful gardens and grounds.

Is there on-site dining available?

The Inn at Leola Village has an on-site restaurant, Osteria Avanti for Italian-inspired dining open 4 - 9 pm daily.

Can I order room service?

Room service is available during regular dining hours from Osteria Avanti restaurant.

Can I book my spa treatment or massage in advance?

We recommend guests book their spa treatment before arriving to reserve their spot. Simply fill out our spa form here on our official website.

Do you have charging for Tesla?

We have two Tesla charging stations.
